WELCOME STUDENTS!

On this page you will find links to our class schedule, an events calendar,  and our monthly newsletter which includes a list of new students and people celebrating birthdays. The links to the left will lead you to information and announcements for all students and our Special Teams as well.  This is also where you will find notices and pictures of recent tests and promotions.  Keep checking back frequently as new information will be added weekly and this is an easy way to stay current with events at our school.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Green and Brown Belts begin Okinawan Kobudo Module
 On January 1, 2010, Green and Brown Belts began Okinawan Kobudo (Weapons)Training.  This Module focuses on the Bo Staff and Sai.  Green Belts will learn Tokumene No Kun (Bo Kata) and Brown Belts will learn Kusanku Sai (Sai Kata).  See Mr. Bright if you need new gear for these modules. 

TESTING
Next Rank Testing will be held February 26, 2010.  Testing will begin at 6:00pm and will include all belts (up to red) for both Young Dragons and Adults. You will need to pre-test ONE WEEK before the formal test to be invited.  Remember the best way to prepare for testing is to practice at home.

BLACK BELT CLUB
The Black Belt Club meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. This month's BBC class will be held on Saturday, February 13 and 27, 2010.  From 11:15 to Noon we will work on advanced Martial Arts skills and techniques.
