1. I will not use Karate to hurt anyone.
2. I will listen to the Instructors.
3. I will use Good Manners.


Young Dragons' Creed
1. I will obey my Mom and Dad.
2. I will use Good Manners.
3. I will listen to the Instructors.
4. I will clean my room.
5. I will do my homework and chores.
6. I will only use Karate in Self-Defense.


Teen and Adult Karate Creed
1. I intend to develop myself in a positive manner, and to avoid anything that would reduce my mental growth or physical health.
2. I intend to develop self-discipline, in order to bring out the best in myself and others.
3. I intend to use what I learn in class constructively, to help myself and my fellow man, and never to be abusive or offensive.
